MEC Commercial Solutions was commissioned to deliver the complete mechanical installation for an exceptional 38-bedroom mansion set in the Scottish Highlands. Built for a Middle Eastern royal family, this project combined traditional architecture with modern engineering to achieve luxury, comfort, and efficiency on a grand scale.

• A Building Management System (BMS) offering intelligent control and monitoring of temperature, energy use, and comfort levels throughout the estate

Our team installed a full distribution network serving all bedrooms, living spaces, and service areas, ensuring even heat delivery and long-term system resilience.
