MEC Commercial Solutions was appointed to carry out a complete plant room installation for an NHS building in Southend, delivering essential heating and hot water infrastructure to support the facility’s daily operations. Our Scope of Work

Our engineers were responsible for the full mechanical installation, which included:

• Two high-efficiency gas boilers providing reliable heating output
• Central heating pumps designed for balanced flow and redundancy
• Direct-fired water heaters for a consistent hot water supply
• A complete distribution pipework system throughout the building

All installations were carried out within the internal plant room and across the facility, ensuring seamless integration with existing building services.
